- Mt. Morris Fire Responds to 8031 W. IL Rt. 64 for a Wood Pile Fire -
Mt. Morris Fire responds to a wood pile that is burning near some out buildings. Chief Hough arrived on scene to find a large wood pile fully involoved. Fire companies deployed two handlines with foam to extinguish the fire. Companies operated on the scene for about two hours.
