- Mt. Morris Fire responds to Silver Creek Rd. for a Field Fire -
On March 31, 2011 the Mt. Morris Fire Protection District received a report for a field fire on Silver Creek Rd. just North of Midtown Rd. Chief Hough arrived on scene to find a small pasture on fire. Companies quickly brought the fire under control.
