At 10:47 am on January 19th, 2004 Mt. Morris responded mutual aid to Polo. Polo fire arrived at 405 S. Division and  found heavy fire venting from the Alpha and Bravo sides of a two story Balloon frame. Mt. Morris responded on a Box with an Engine Co., a Chief, and an ALS Ambulance. The temperature was in the single digits making fire fighting operations very dangerous. Milledgeville Fire also assisted at the scene with an Engine co. and a Rescue Co.
