- 4373 N. Mt. Morris Rd. - Grass Fire -
On March 30th Mt. Morris Fire responded to a large field fire North of the Village. Mt. Morris Fire Co's encountered rapidly advancing Flames burning towards a farm stead. An incoming thunderstorm blew gale winds in excess of 35 miles an hour. Fire Co's quickly knocked down the leading edge to ward off ignition of exposures in the flames path. Fire Co's clear the scene in just over one hour.
