- 5911 W. Oregon Trail Rd - Structure Fire -
Mt. Morris firefighters responded to a fire place fire. Upon arrival firefighters had smoke and flame showing from the Charlie side. Firefighters made a quick knock on the fire and contained the fire damage to the basement, although there was heavy smoke damage done to the entire home. Mt. Morris firefighters were assisted on the scene from the Polo, Oregon, Dixon Rural, Forreston, Byron, and Leaf River Fire Departments and the Office of the State Fire Marshal..
