- Fire Prevention Open House 2006 -

On October 14, 2006 the Mt. Morris Fire District held it's first open house in over a decade.  The Firehouse filled with people of all age groups looking to have a little educational fun.  There was something for everyone.  You could Crawl low below the smoke or take a chance at "Drink or No Drink", which is a spin off of the popular game show "Deal or No Deal".  Kids enjoyed playing and learning with Sparky.  Several Children and adults, got to see first hand what it takes to handle a fire hose off a real fire engine.  If that's to much excitement, there were refreshments and a video on how long it really takes for a fire to become out of control.  Hope you enjoyed if you came, and if you didn't we'll be looking forward to meeting you next year!

They want to be just like dad.
